In laparoscopy, numerous didactic methods are available to facilitate the training of the surgeon: the dry simulator (pelvic-trainer), the electronic simulator, living models (pigs), human anatomical preparations (fresh cadavers), virtual reality. Unlike other disciplines, the endoscopic technique requires not only surgical experience and anatomical knowledge but also a specific "skill" in the management of the instruments (psychomotor skills). This is why the learning curve is excessively long and laborious. Therefore, the ideal teaching model should simplify the acquisition of psychomotor skills.
